During your 11-night/12-day all-inclusive retreat, you will experience a wide range of shamanic techniques to better understand the benefits of the medicinal San Pedro (Huachuma) and Ayahuasca plants and how they will heal your mind, body, and soul. The Andean Spiritual Healing Temple is located in the heart of the Sacred Valley of Peru, in the quiet and picturesque village of Yanahuara. Your surroundings will release your mind from the crowds, traffic, and noise of everyday life. In contrast, we invite you to find your inner peace and reunite with the energy of Pachamama Teqse Muyoq (Mother Earth, Mother Cosmos) to give you the opportunity for profound healing and spiritual transformation. You will have full access to certified yoga and meditation instructors, massage therapists, and a master chef who will prepare healthy vegan meals using fresh, locally sourced, organic ingredients while keeping in mind the special dieta required for consuming the plant medicines.

- Based on double occupancy (if you are traveling alone, we will pair you with someone of the same gender). Single occupancy is $40/night extra.
- Deposit to reserve your spot at this retreat is 50% of cost up front ($2400), the remaining 50% will be paid upon arrival in Cusco

DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN CUSCO
Transportation from Cusco Airport to your hotel in Cusco City Center is included. Upon your arrival to Cusco Airport, an Andean Spiritual Healing representative will be waiting outside of the airport with your name on a sign. You will have the entire day/night free to enjoy the City Center.

DAY 2: TRAVEL FROM CUSCO TO YANAHUARA – OPENING CEREMONY
Transportation from Cusco to Yanahuara is included and will be approximately 1.5-hour drive. A shuttle will take you to Yanahuara and will depart no later than 11am. When you arrive at Andean Spiritual Healing center, you will be welcomed with hot Coca tea and lunch, and you will have some free time to rest before the Opening Ceremony. Everyone will have the opportunity to meet the spiritual master, Saúl Abel Ccarita Cusihuata, who is going to lead us through a variety of spiritual ceremonies throughout the retreat. The Opening Ceremony will begin around 3pm and will include: Coca Leaf Energy Unification, Coca Leaf Reading, Kuti Ceremony (energetic cleansing ritual), and a special offering on behalf of the group to Pachamama (Mother Earth) and Teqse Muyoq (Mother Cosmos). The purpose of the offering will be to ask for permission to connect to the holy plants and obtain blessings on our astral journeys from Pachamama, the Apus (Sacred mountains), the Ccaqas (The Energies), and the Aukis (The Spirits) who are our protectors.

DAY 3: YANAHUARA, SACRED VALLEY – SAN PEDRO CEREMONY
Fasting is required in preparation for the San Pedro (Wachuma) ceremony, which will begin at 09:00 am. Before drinking the medicine, everyone will have the opportunity to meet with the spiritual master for a personal diagnostic reading. It is ideal and beneficial to experience the effects of San Pedro before experiencing Ayahuasca, as it will allow you to release certain emotional attachments. Mezcaline is the natural occurring alkaloid found in San Pedro, which puts your nervous system in a state of relaxation. Additionally, it helps to fight gastritis, works on healing your emotional issues, and puts you in an overall state of balance and harmony. Most people will vomit during this ceremony – not due to sickness, but rather liberation. When you vomit, you are freeing yourself from the heavy loads that you have in your life while simultaneously harmonizing your body, spirit and energy with nature. This ceremony will be led by the spiritual master and typically lasts 10-12 hours, depending on your emotional and physical conditions.

DAY 4: FREE REST DAY
After waking up, you will enjoy a special breakfast created to replenish and recover your body. You will have the entire day to relax however you wish. The suggested options are yoga and/or meditation with an on-site instructor, a professional full-body massage, and self-reflection/journaling in nature. In the afternoon, you will meet with the spiritual master to reflect on your San Pedro ceremony in both a personal setting and a group interpretation.

DAY 5: FIRST AYAHUASCA CEREMONY – INITIATION WITH THE MOTHER MEDICINE
In the morning, fasting is required in preparation for Ayahuasca, with the exception of fresh Papaya juice for breakfast and plenty of water throughout the day. You will have free time for yoga/meditation and massage in the morning. Option to arrange a group walk around the Yanahuara area.
In the afternoon, you will meet with the Andean Spiritual Healing staff and the spiritual master for energy unification, Coca leaf ceremony with personal interpretation and diagnosis, Andean cleansing and energy protection, and an introduction to the ceremony and benefits of Mother Ayahuasca.
At 19:00, you will begin the first ceremony and initiation of the Mother Ayahuasca medicine. The ceremony will last most of the night – you should expect to end your ceremony between 1-5am. Everyone will experience Mother Ayahuasca differently depending on your emotional and physical needs. The first drink is the initiation to the medicine and while some people may experience visions, others might not have visions but will experience physical healing instead. The medicine will work with each of you in a different way to provide what you need, not necessarily what you want. The Ayahuasca plant heals and purifies your soul, mind and heart while being conscious at all times. After the effects of the medicine, you’re encouraged to sleep.

DAY 6: FREE REST DAY
After the first Ayahuasca ceremony, you can expect to wake up feeling very hungry from fasting the entire day prior. Our master chef will prepare a delicious breakfast early in the morning. After breakfast, you will have time to replenish your energy with meditation, yoga, and journaling until lunch at noon.
After lunch, you will meet with the spiritual master to reflect on your first Ayahuasca ceremony in both a personal setting and a group interpretation. The rest of the day is free for any leisurely activity that you wish to do before and after dinner.

DAY 7: SECOND AYAHUASCA CEREMONY – INTROSPECTION JOURNEY
In the morning, you will drink fresh Papaya juice for breakfast and plenty of water throughout the day. You will have free time for yoga/meditation and massage in the morning. Option to arrange a group walk around the Yanahuara area. In the afternoon, you will meet with the Andean Spiritual Healing staff and the spiritual master for a Coca leaf ceremony.
At 7pm, you will begin the second ceremony with Mother Ayahuasca. What makes this ceremony special is the intention to connect with your totem (animal protector) and your spirit guides. They will help lead you through the ceremony as you travel deeper into your soul and experience transformative visions in the astral plane.

DAY 8: FREE REST DAY

DAY 9: THIRD CEREMONY: VISIONS, ENLIGHTMENT, & EVOLUTIONARY ASTRAL TRAVEL
In the morning, you will drink fresh Papaya juice for breakfast and plenty of water throughout the day. You will have free time for yoga/meditation and massage in the morning. Option to arrange a group walk around the Yanahuara area.
In the afternoon, you will meet with the Andean Spiritual Healing staff and the spiritual master for a Coca leaf ceremony.
At 7pm, you will begin the third Ayahuasca ceremony. Based on your reflections from your first two meetings with the Mother plant, you will set intentions to receive the final answers to what your soul is seeking from this journey. You will be able to communicate with various spirits and energies who will guide you towards your best path. This closing ceremony will provide visionary liberation and close the astral portals.
What you gain from these ceremonies is the beginning of your spiritual evolution. Light will be shed on your darkest shadows and your purpose in this lifetime will become clearer. However, the real work happens when you return to regular life and you begin to navigate the world through an entirely new perspective.

DAY 10: FINAL FREE REST DAY

DAY 11: YANAHUARA – SACRED VALLEY TOUR – CUSCO
Our master chef will prepare a final breakfast early in the morning. After breakfast, we will depart Yanahuara and end our retreat with a tour in the Sacred Valley, the ancient heartland of the Incan civilization. We will visit the Stellar House of the Llama in Ollantaytambo, followed by the Temple of Fertility in Moray. Next we will stop in Urubamba for a buffet lunch, and lastly we will head to Pisac to tour the Stellar House of the Condor before ending in Cusco, where you will have the evening free to explore the City Center.

DAY 12: CUSCO
